San Francisco Wedding at Hotel Vitale from Stacee Lianna Photography
I've said it many times in my day, if there was ever a city where I could see myself being perfectly happy, it would be San Francisco. Not only is it a breathtakingly beautiful place, but it also happens to host some of my favorite weddings ever to grace the pages of SMP. The couples there just seem to ooze style in their own fabulous way, and this duo is the perfect example. Their wedding, overlooking the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building at Hotel Vitale, is the perfect blend of classic San Francisco with a side of spunk from the two newlyweds. It all came together beautifully under the careful eye of Dream a Little Dream Events, and thanks to Stacee Lianna Photography we get to see every gorgeous detail right here.
From the Bride... Joseph and I knew the second we got engaged that we wanted to host an intimate wedding for our closest family and friends. Our focus was to create an elegant dinner party combining our two favorite cities in the world, San Francisco and Paris. We wanted the wedding to be in the city we lived in, San Francisco, and since we were going to Paris for our honeymoon a "Parisian Holiday in San Francisco" theme seemed natural.
We immediately fell in love with Hotel Vitale for it's breath taking views of the Bay Bridge and Ferry Building. The views settled the San Francisco aspect and the hotel helped with the Paris aspect by having beautiful lavender flower accents in the hallways and serving croquettes. We opted to do a first look, that allowed us to spend some quiet time with each other before the ceremony and since we took photos before the ceremony, more time with our guests at the reception. During the ceremony we surprised everyone by honoring our parents with flowers for our Moms and scotch for our Dads and thanking them for their love and support. Our day was so magical and filled with love. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to all of our amazing family, friends, and vendors.
