Styled around their gorgeous venue, Vibiana, this stylish duo and O.C.D. Events created a day dripping in gorgeous that was equal parts old Hollywood and mobster, and all parts drop dead amazing. From the bride… First off let me say, I am not good at making decisions. Especially when it comes to all things wedding. I love it ALL and wanted to say yes to everything! But finally after sitting down with my fiancé, we decided on a classic white wedding with inspiration from the two styles we love – vintage Hollywood and mobster opulence. Yes, I said it, Mobster. Our planner introduced us to our venue, Vibiana, which we chose because of its opulence and beauty. It really gave us the opportunity to use the space to create the wedding of our dreams.
My favorite details for our wedding were the vintage champagne bar with our coupe glasses, the old Hollywood posters we use on each table, and our flipbook station! Inspiration for our wedding: Classic white, opulence, antique gold and silver, old Hollywood, lace, champagne, and vintage details that represent us.
From Heather Schertz from O.C.D. Events… Planning this wedding with the Kristian and Jonny was so much fun! They are so in love and happy people with fantastic family and friends. All of the details are what really brought their theme together. The old Hollywood movie ticket invitations set the mood for guests. Other fun details included custom PLAYBILL’s as programs, vows written on large cue cards, action packed wedding party photos and vintage movie posters instead of table numbers. Having a custom flipbook station allowed the guests to create their own mini-movie as a thank you from the bride and groom. All of the guests absolutely loved the Bubbly Bar where they could choose their favorite fresh fruit to mix with champagne. Everything about this couple and wedding was pure joy!
