If you love blooms like we do (and I have a sneaking suspicion you are equally obsessed), then you’ll need to favorite this next fête for sure. It’s feast of gorgeous florals from Bostonian Florist surrounding a love-filled wedding at the Tower Hill Botanic Garden which we get to enjoy thanks to Wildflower Photography. From Wildflower Photography… Jessie and Chris had a lovely rustic wedding at the Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston, MA, and despite a few raindrops, this couple took the weather with stride! Their ceremony was held in the light-filled Limonaia building, and with an arched glass ceiling, it had us wishing that every indoor ceremony we photographed looked as magical as this one! These two really personalized their ceremony, with hand-written vows and passages by Kahlil Gibran and the Velveteen Rabbit, it was such a true representation of Jessie and Chris.
From the Bride… For me, the best part of our wedding was a tie between reading our very personal, sightly humorous handwritten vows to each other, and the reception… which was basically one giant party! One of my favorite reception moments was when two of our friends serenaded us with a special wedding day song that they had written together. It was hilarious and a total surprise! My advice to couples in the midst of wedding-planning is that throughout the wedding ceremony and reception, make sure to take a moment here and there to pull each other aside and soak up the moment. The wedding day goes by SO quickly… it’s really nice to take a moment to say, ‘Wow’, and realize what an awesome day it is!
