Sonoma Wedding from Corbin Gurkin Photography

I love this dress. I love this dress. I could say it a million times; I love this dress. Of course, the same can be said for Corbin Gurkin and the delicious way she photographs each and every wedding she sends our way. This one is filled with snippets of J.Crew lace goodness, pastel florals a plenty by The Flower House and all wrapped up in a garden soiree planned down to the last pretty petal by Sugar Rush Events. From the Bride… Ronnie and I had known each other through mutual friends but first got together at a New Years Eve party in 2006. Fast forward to March 2010 in the middle of Sullivan Street, right before our move to London, and Ronnie was proposing.  We had a long engagement, owing to moving to another country and then trying to find the right spot for the wedding.  We first looked at Italy (my parents said too far), then Montauk (we said too close), and ended up in Sonoma.  Sonoma was our first vacation together and a place we revisited with our best friends (our officiant and my maid of honor) and it just seemed like the perfect spot for a wedding weekend.
