If you don’t already know how much we adore The Bird & The Bear, let me tell you. It’s a lot. A lot, a lot. So much so, in fact, that after yesterday’s beyond adorable engagement session, we just could not wait to share another gorgeous gem from their arsenal. This time, in the form of an uber-stunning rustic meets vintage affair at The Winfield Inn, which we’re referring to as a serious lesson in DIY perfection. Or just plain awesome. Either one. From The Bird & The Bear… Carisha & Jordan are just so awesome. They’re both ridiculously artistic and creative and almost every bit of their decor was DIY. They designed and hand letter pressed the invitations themselves. They also painted all the signs pointing to each location to match the fonts from the invitations. Carisha also made the table numbers! Jordan’s mother designed and made all the bunting, pillows and table runners. The most amazing piece was the amazing canvas with the painting of themselves they designed! All so beautiful and made with love. Their Austin wedding was a destination event years in the making, with everyone traveling in from California.
