Dear sweet SMP Brides, you all need to take a little time today to study this next little number captured by Cory Kendra Photography. It's obviously gorgeous and filled to the brim with stylish touches you'll want to pin and share and covet, but you might need to sit down when I say it all cost this gorgeous Bride $7,000. It's budget beautiful defined. And she even managed to make this gorgeous day happen for $3,000 less than her original plan. The best part? You would never in a million years be able to tell, and the proof is in the pictures. It proves that just because your budget doesn't match the love you have for your soon to be hubby, it can still look drop-dead gorgeous. See it all here.
From Cory Kendra Photography... This wedding is one of the sweetest and most charming weddings Ive ever had the please of shooting. What makes it so charming is that this bride and her family poured their hearts, souls, and sweat into this wedding. All of the decorations were completely DIY. These ladies did it all. The paper fans, the printed bird bag favors, small ornaments with roses inside, hanging sewing frames with lace. The couple even gave a coloring booklet with crayons to use to color for the guests and their children that attended. They created all the flower arrangements and bouquet. All of the table decorations and center pieces were heirlooms or family treasures. Guest signed wooden hearts for the couple to keep forever. Every single decoration was either DIY, family heirlooms, or the couples own personal belongings (vintage cameras, vintage dress decoration, mason jars, lace table runners). They even had m&ms that had their initials or cartoon faces of themselves. The food was prepared completely by the couples parents and family friends involving stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. They also served fresh strawberry lemonade! Delicious. All of the desserts was also made by the family, cake pops, eclairs, dipped strawberries, even the wedding cake. Her friend JC Villafan sang the recession as she walked down the isle. The brides dress was designed by her cousin Sandra and custom made for her. All of her jewelry were from her family.
This day was magical, involving a super intimate first look, a ceremony that made you feel like you were a part of the family, and a couple that radiated love for one another! This bride had a budget of under $10,000 and succeeded by only spending $7,000. No one would have been able to tell that this was a budget wedding, I had no idea until the bride told me after the fact.
