From SugarLove Weddings... Tanya & Barry's wedding took place on a perfect day at the Sydney College of the Arts. The theme was an "old mixed with the new" white romantic, rustic, farmhouse esthetic. Their traditional jewish ceremony was held in the garden, afterwards guests were escorted by the couple and musicians through grand french gates into the pre dinner lawn for champagne. Some key details included; Moroccan Wicker Fans which were given to female guests during the ceremony. These were later taken home as thank you gifts whilst the men were given white crocheted kippot made by the bride. Also made by the brides were little glacine bags filled with dried flowers to throw on the newlyweds.

The styling of the event and design vision was stunning which is not surprising given both Taryn & Barry come from design & decor backgrounds. The marquee reception for their 200 guests was set with long tables and styled with the linen & white theme as they dined on the couples favourite mediterranean food. The room resembled a hanging garden with oversize muslin, wire and fairy light hearts hung overhead. Hundreds of vintage and new glass jars were filled with rustic vegetables and pillar candles.

Taryn & Barry danced under the moonlight to one of their favourite songs "You & Me" by Penny and the Quarters as their guests celebrated with sparklers. The couple even organized a team of masseuses to provide the guests with foot massages on the oversized peacock chairs.
