This inspiration photographed by Michelle March is just how I envision a destination wedding in Italy. Old beautiful architecture, fresh rosemary and tomatoes on the vine populating the table and all finished off with a stunning lace dress. End Scene. This shoot may have taken place in the wilds of Florida but with the crafting genius of Peplum Events & Design, the details and ideas that can be taken away are 100% destination Italy – the birth place of al fresco dining. Take a little trip to the gallery for so, so much more.
And before you make a mad dash for all the extra goodies in the gallery, have a peek at the behind the scenes film captured by Michael Burgos Films.

From Michelle March Photography… I would be so thrilled if you featured an Italian Villa wedding that I shot recently at Loews Portofino Bay, in Orlando, FL. Although it is a styled wedding shoot, I feel as though the rustic details would truly inspire your readers and the models’ (who are a real couple who are very much in love) attire goes so well with the romantic and timeless look. The Portofino Bay was absolutely stunning. It’s definitely a bit piece of Italy right in our backyard. From the architecture to the beautiful landscaping. It was the ideal backdrop for this romance. Peplum Events & Design and Unearthed Vintage were a dream to work with. From the BHLDN napkins and vintage furniture to the lovely cascading florals. The handmade lace dress was a dream. The bride’s pearl veil was precious.
