LA Engagement Session from Chelsea Nicole Photography

They say that when you meet the one, you don't stop until they are yours.  Which is why this dapper groom-to-be spent more than his fair share of time painting pottery at The Artful Potter, his stunning (future) fiancé's pottery shop, hoping to run into her.  Thankfully, his plan of an "accidental" meeting worked perfectly and the proof is in these devastatingly gorgeous images captured by Chelsea Nicole Photography.  A beautiful duo, bundles of love and some hand-painted pottery.  What more could you ask for?  Click here to see it all.

From Chelsea Nicole Photography... When they first met, Jean couldn’t get Liz out of his mind. After talking all night with her, he regretted not getting her number. But he just had to see her again. He found out about The Artful Potter, a pottery shop that she owns, and decided to get a little creative. Employing the help of a friend’s child, he came to “paint pottery” as a ruse to see her again. When he found out she had already left for the day, he decided he had to cook up another plan. He left the little ceramic dog and returned a few days later to pick it up. This time he came at midday on a weekday so that he could be sure to bump into her. His plan worked. He asked her to dinner, and they went out that same night. And this time, he didn’t leave without her number.

Liz and Jean are a very creative couple. They made the tree swing themselves and hand-painted the "Sweet Love" plates used in the photos at one of the pottery stores Liz owns. Liz is also a professional photographer, and she originally got into photography with Jean while taking a class together over Valentine's Day. Hence the cute vintage camera.
