Fact. Soft pink hues and touches of fruit are a sure-fire combo for wedding greatness. Especially when combined with a breathtaking Chattahoochee River backdrop and one of the greatest August days in Georgia weather history. When all of those elements came together for this cute as can be duo, it meant a dream-come-true day of celebrating with family and friends and a whole lot of non-stop dancing. From Lila of A Big To Do Event… Claire and Scott’s outdoor wedding took place on the most perfect August day that Georgia has ever seen! Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club created the gorgeous backdrop for the outdoor ceremony before guests went inside Legacy Lodge to celebrate! The view of the Chattahoochee River was breathtaking. The bride chose to keep the colors light and airy by using ivory and pink, and she brought in a pop of contrast with green apples. Perfect for a summer day!
The wedding guests had such fun energy and had the dance floor completely packed! The DJ played exactly to the feeling of the crowd, and since the bride and many of the guests were professional ballerinas, they were more than happy to show off some of their moves. After the bride changed into her getaway dress, the couple left through a cloud of bubbles to honeymoon in the Bahamas!
