Though currently snow-covered and experiencing the blustery winds of winter, Chicago has a magical something that manages to warm my heart despite the below-zero temps. And when my favorite city produces a wedding as lovely as this one at Venue SIX10 from Erica Rose Photography, I fall in love a little bit more. See every last gorgeous image in the full gallery!
From Erica Rose Photography… Jessica is an incredibly talented and detail-oriented bride who really made their wedding unique. She used thoughtful and creative touches such as Russian doll-shaped terrariums on the tables and custom-screenprinted tote bags as favors. She personally designed their programs, which were amazing. There were succulents in all of the florals, including bouquets and centerpieces. Venue SIX10 is a lesser known but absolutely stunning location, right in the heart of the Chicago Loop on Michigan Avenue. I’m certain that if more people knew that this venue were there, they would be all over it! The views from the terrace are the best in the city, and floor-to-ceiling windows make the city lights into a sparkling backdrop during dinner. Alex and Jessica were dedicated to their dance lessons and gave an amazing choreographed show to their guests during the first dance, one of the highlights of the night for sure. Even more important than having planned a gorgeous wedding is the fact that Alex and Jessica are two wonderful and genuine people with the sweetest family and friends around.
