Kat Braman Photography has this way of always making me smile. Just an ear to ear grin every single time I see one of her darling weddings. It’s a joy that really can’t be described in words, so lucky for me her newest gem will do all of the talking for me. An intimate seaside affair with the prettiest of blooms from Brandy’s Flowers & Candies and one darling DIY detail after another, it was a day that was flawlessly executed by the gorgeous bride, her dapper groom and an entire host of friends and family. From the Bride… Our wedding planning was focused around our guests’ experience for the whole weekend (only ONE guest did not travel from out-of-state or overseas for the wedding). We narrowed in with a few simple goals for our details/vendors/decor: a) complement and don’t compete with our beautiful surroundings, b) create a truly welcoming vibe for our intimate group (“homey elegance” without ostentation), c) trust the professionals we hired to do their thing, and d) only take on projects that will be truly successful and have impact (and don’t stress if things are left out!). Our most important elements of the day were location, photography, food and music.
