Long Island Vineyard Wedding from Judy Pak Photography

This beyond beautiful bride spoke of her engagement comparing it to a fairytale, and I’m pretty sure that the same fairy tale is still playing out, especially after seeing the gorgeousness that was her wedding day. Captured by Judy Pak Photography, it’s casual elegance defined. A laid back yet amazingly pretty venue plus some of the prettiest vintage touches we ever did see. Click here for even more!

From the Bride… Jeb and I met on Valentine’s Day in a bar in Hoboken, New Jersey. We had an amazing day together, but I didn’t know if I would see him again because he was living in Boston and I was living in Long Island. However, distance did not stop us. We saw each other every weekend for a year and four months, and then Jeb proposed. It was a fairytale.

We started planning the wedding, and when we saw Raphael Vineyard on Long Island, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. It was laid back elegance. It was different than anywhere we had seen and it had us written all over it! From the lanterns and beautiful chandeliers to the open balconies looking out on to miles of beautiful vineyards. We knew that is where we wanted to spend the first day of the rest of our lives.

When the wedding day came September 15th, 2012 it was more than I could have dreamed of. The weather was perfection and every detail was what I had hoped for. My dress and my bridesmaids dresses had a vintage timeless beauty. Following church we made our way to Raphael Vineyard. Flowers and details were kept simple as the venue said it all.  Guests were greeted by red and white sangria and led into a extravagant cocktail hour. Followed by an intimate sit down dinner with our closest friends and family. The night ended with dancing and dessert on the balcony under the stars. I could not have asked for anything more.
