From Jonathan David Photography... Jonathan David Photography is a boutique photography studio based in Sydney, Australia and traveling internationally. My photojournalistic and unobtrusive style allows me to capture the true emotion and unfolding narrative of your day, from the slightest of gestures to the grandest of moments.

My vision is to preserve the intimacy of your wedding day by providing a personal and tailored service. I want to share in your excitement and be there to document it as a friend, riding every emotion of the day with you. Photography is my life & my passion. It has been in my family for over three generations. I can’t live without it and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else.

I am a fully accredited professional photographer with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP), and in 2012 I was a Finalist in the Australian Bridal Industry Academy (ABIA) annual awards for best wedding vendors in NSW.

From Blooms by Bethan... When I meet with a new bride, I get excited - I'm excited because I get to play a special role in the biggest 24 hours of her life. Even though I won't be sharing the day with her, my creations will be. She'll carry the bouquet I arrange through each cherished moment and the day will culminate in the cutting of a yummy cake I've crafted.

Every bride is different, so I know it's important that her wedding flowers and cake are unique and reflect her personality, tastes and style. That's basically the concept my Blooms by Bethan is based on - it's a personal service offering a loving, creative touch.

I, Bethan, started up my business in 2009 when I was working as a publishing assistant. Office work just wasn't creatively fulfilling for me (sitting at a computer all day filling in spread sheets? No thanks!). So I went back to school and trained to be a florist and cake decorator for two years through the evenings and weekends while I worked full-time. Floral and cakey jobs at numerous weddings and celebrations of family and friends followed, word spread, and Blooms by Bethan was born.

I'm stoked to now be working full-time in such a special job. I pretty much exist to put smiles on people's faces! It's amazing. And all the early mornings at the flower markets, hauling of hundreds of vases and props around, and late nights slaving in the kitchen are worth it!  If you'd like a whimsical, beautiful bouquet and/or a creative, delicious cake for your big day, look up Blooms by Bethan. Fun Facts about Blooms by Bethan:

* Blooms by Bethan is based in a studio in the North Shore of Sydney, but services weddings all over the city and can travel to the Hunter Valley, Central Coast or Southern Highlands.

* We create delicious gluten-free cakes, perfect if you have a wheat intolerance or allergy and still want to have your cake and eat it!

* We don't have to do both your flowers and cake, we can do one or the other - whatever suits you best.

* Bethan has lived and worked in France, she has a journalism degree, she's a perfectionist, she has four younger sisters, her favourite flower is the peony and most-loved type of dessert is a macaron.
