From Ava Weddings... This wedding was filled with ruby red hues, garden views, family traditions (a tea ceremony and the bride's gorgeous red dress that she revealed later at the reception), and the most adorable reception idea: a Polaroid tree! Guests just loved taking Polaroid images of themselves and of the bride and groom and hanging them on the tree set up in the middle of the reception hall, a beautiful greenhouse venue in Brooklyn called The Palm House. Earlier in the day, the couple partook in a traditional tea ceremony, during which the bride's family was formally introduced to the groom's family. It was very elegant and intimate. Rich in color, this wedding featured crimson in the bride's gorgeous, classic bouquet, in the rose tree centerpieces and in her surprise outfit change later in the evening. The red hues were paired occasional with plum, which was also the color of the bridesmaids' dresses.
