From the Groom... Our wedding was located in beautiful downtown Danville, California, on September 8, 2012 at a colonial-style residence owned by Katie’s grandfather. All the work and time put into our wedding was done with the help of Spring Loaf Catering, Katie, her family, and the groom himself.
Katie and I met in sunny San Diego at Jacks in La Jolla, formerly owned and operated by her uncle, Bill Berkley. We met on a Thursday night, out on the town. We hit it off right away, but as the night faded, we went our separate ways, but not before exchanging numbers. A year had passed with minimal contact between one other, until one night I saw her out again and was able to lock eyes with her. That began our journey together. From then on we became best friends, and that friendship turned into love, and we have never left each others' side, going on six years strong.
