I am thoroughly convinced that the entire state of Hawaii possesses some kind of magical wedding power. One that turns each and every soiree into the most amazing wedding you’ve ever seen. Or maybe it’s just that the scenery is always breathtaking, the couples are always stunning and the vendors are always delivering the pretty. And in the case of this gorgeous Oahu wedding captured beautifully by Beloved Photo Boutique, it’s all of the above, plus a floral hair wreath from Flowergirls. And, well. You know how we feel about those. Click here for so much more.

And a breathtaking film from Isle Media to send you off into the weekend…
From Beloved Photo Boutique… I photographed Reiko and Yoshiyuki’s wedding on the island of Oahu at the end of June 2012. The couple is from Japan, and Yoshiyuki, the groom, is an esteemed fashion photographer there. Reiko is a fashion designer. Sugako Johnson from Bliss Bridal was the wedding coordinator for our clients. The couple lives in Tokyo, but Reiko and Yoshiyuki often travel to LA. When Reiko saw the dress at a secondhand store they happened to stop by, she instantly thought it was the perfect dress for their wedding venue, Bayer Estate and bought it. The dress had no tag, so brand name is unknown. Their wedding colors were white and green with accents of lavender. Country, natural and simple was the theme they wanted to achieve.
