Especially when they have pictures of them from way back in their early dating years and incorporate them into their adorable e-session. From Ashley Biess Photography... High school sweethearts Hannah and Nick have been together for nine years and have the pictures to prove it! Both runners, the couple discovered the location for the engagement session while jogging together along one of Joliet's running paths. The partially demolished buildings and rubble were the perfect setting for the industrial and unique location they were looking for. Hannah and Nick arrived to the session equipped with a cozy blanket, a parasol and, my favorite, a photo of the two of them from early in their relationship back in high school. Hannah wanted to incorporate the photo into a few of their engagement photos as a "then and now" idea. We recreated the 9-year-old photo to show how much they've changed over almost a decade, but how their love for one another has only grown. Such a sweet idea! They are such a fun, easy-going couple, and I had a blast working with them.
