Falmouth Wedding at Bourne Farm from Dreamlove Photography

Everything, and I mean everything, about this wedding is adorably perfect and I love it, I love it, I love it. Yes, I know I said it three times, but once is simply not enough to explain the adoration I have for every single part of these nuptials at Bourne Farm, from the vows written on the most darling teeny tiny scrolls to the ahhhh-mazing image from Dreamlove Photography of these newlyweds riding off into the distance in a classic car made by the groom himself and every glorious detail in between. And you can see them all right here in the gallery.

From Dreamlove PhotographyOn Cape Cod, most couples either have a coastal beach wedding or a more inland rustic farm wedding — Nicole and Winslow opted for both. They began the day with an intimate ceremony with their closest friends and family, saying “I do” with their handwritten vows on tiny curled scrolls of paper. Then, after an amazing coastal portrait photography session, they joined in at the reception at Bourne Farm, a rustic estate-like wedding venue on the cape. Nicole and Winslow’s wedding incorporated so many little heartfelt details: she wore the shawl for portraits that was her mother’s on her wedding day, a rosary from her late brother was wrapped around her bouquet, Winslow escorted her away after the ceremony in an amazing vintage car that he built himself, and hundreds of old photographs were strung up around the cocktail area in the Bourne Farm barn.

From the Bride… My favorite part about my wedding is when my husband pulled me aside while everyone was on the dance floor and asked me to take a minute just to look around. Look at our parents, our family, our friends, all our hard work… Being able to slow down and see it all and take it all in is a moment that I will never forget. The best advice I can pass along is prepare for all that you can, let go of everything you have no control over and if at the end of the day you are married to your best friend, than that is truly all that matters. And remember, there will come a point that you have done all that you can — don’t miss this crucial moment because it is from here that you must enjoy every single second. It will go by in a flash.
