San Francisco Wedding from IQvideography + JC Image Design

Talk about a wedding with style. Custom suits, four (yes, you read that correctly) gorgeous dresses, a fashion themed reception. A wedding with the most fabulous style. Ever. Captured in stills by JC Image Design, and in a film that will make you smile for miles from IQvideography, this wedding is one for the books. And the galleries!

If Chris and I could describe our wedding in three words they would be Stylish, Modern, and Elegant. After all, our theme was Fashion. Our main decor was our guests. We asked them to come dressed in what they considered fashion forward. Some people even changed into a different outfit from the ceremony to the reception. I, in fact, changed four times to capture all the different possible looks I could get.

The Ceremony was traditional Catholic, which was reflected in the large ball gown dress I wore by Tara Keley. The Ceremony space was a large Catholic church that had a gorgous, ornately carved marble alter. The wedding ceremony itself, went perfect. I even started on time which is rare for me. I did however feel pressured for time because there was another wedding one hour after mine and I needed to make sure there was enough time to give Chris his wedding gift, a 2012 Audi S5. Everything went smoothly except the cars were not positioned in the right place. The Audi was suppose to be at the bottom of the steps as we walked out of the Church. It all worked out since it allowed us more time to record Chris’ confused expression as we turned away from our rented Rolls Royce to his brand new car. I’ve been planning this moment for over a year, trying to figure out exactly what car he wanted. His reaction was priceless. I was aiming for the same feeling I got when he proposed. I think I got it right. We used the Audi in our newly wed pictures between the ceremony and reception which gave him time to enjoy his new toy.

Chris and his groomsmen didn’t wear the typical rental suits. Chris had a custom tailored tuxedo by Hugo Boss and the Groomsmen wore custom suits by Indochino. The decorations were hand picked by myself and my wedding planner and special attention was given towards every detail to exude a clean and sophisticated look. The doric architecture of the reception played perfectly into our theme and really encompassed everything we were looking for from the minute we step into the main hall. I felt like our wedding was clean and beautiful just like my Angel Sanchez reception dress. Amongst all the sparkle and expensive decor, it was really all our friends and family who made our special day truly memorable.
