From Love + Perry Photography… We loved Leyla and Julian’s wedding for the sheer emotion you can see radiating from everyone. It’s so apparent in all the photos how happy and loved the couple were. They got married at Quontquont Farm and Orchard in Whatley, Massachusetts, on a warm, sunny afternoon with friends and family from all over the world.
Leyla is half British, half Palestinian, and Julian is Colombian. They took so many awesome traditions from both sides. Leyla’s mother wore a giant (very English) hat. Leyla’s father led a traditional Palestinian drum tabla from the ceremony site. Julian’s cousin did a reading in Spanish. The couple danced a salsa for their first dance. We couldn’t get over how simply gorgeous everything was. All of the paper goods were designed by Julian, who is a graphic designer. The flowers were arranged by Leyla’s mother, and both Leyla and her sister’s dresses were made by a close friend.
