For this adorable couple who met, had their first kiss, fell in love and were engaged at Georgian Bay, it's only fitting that they chose to become a Mr. and Mrs. in the exact same spot. From the Bride... Georgian Bay is our place. It is where we met, where we kissed for the first time, where we fell in love, and eventually where Zach proposed and where we became husband and wife. To us, the serenity and beauty of Georgian Bay is surpassed by nothing. There was no question to where we wanted to marry and to bring our family and friends together to share in our love. We tried to make our wedding as "us" as possible, and "us" is Georgian Bay. The Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Perfoming Arts was the perfect place to host a wedding. It was on the shores of the Bay in Parry Sound Ontario and very close to where we met on the islands in Sans Souci.
So many of our good friends and family came together to help out in making our wedding the perfect day that it was. From the centerpieces and the guestbook, the decorations in the hall and my hair and makeup, I could not have done it without the people I love. Believe me, we had SO many people to thank in our speech. Martha and Bri from Status Events made sure our day was as perfect as could be (it turned out better than perfect). Taylor from Taylor Roades Photography and her creative eye managed to not only capture all the special moments of our day, but also the colors and beauty of our beloved Georgian Bay. It was by far the best day of my life, and I have been smiling ever since!
