All it took for this gorgeous bride to decide on Villa Il Pozzo as her venue was an Italian feature right here on SMP, and the rest is history! From Jacqueline Photography... Ever since Sara saw a wedding featured on Style Me Pretty in Tuscany at a villa, she knew that would be her dream wedding. So when Dave popped the question and asked her where her dream wedding would be, she said "Tuscany!" She contacted the villa, learned about their sister villa, Villa Il Pozzo, which sits atop a hill that overlooks the rolling Tuscan hills, and instantly fell in love with it! She hired a fabulous coordinator, Ilaria, who really put her dream wedding into place. Sara said the more pictures Ilaria would send to her of the villa, the more she fell in love with it. So when she arrived there just days before the wedding, she felt like she was living a dream. Everything was so beautiful, more beautiful than the pictures she had seen. It was really her dream come true! The wedding day was an absolutely beautiful and perfect day. Their reception was styled with an old-fashioned table of cigars and whiskey, a single line of lights over an intimate imperial table, and delicate little lanterns in the large tree between dance floor and dinner lawn incorporated some American style into a genuine slice of Tuscany.
