Spending my days swooning over gorgeous wedding inspiration just so happens to be my favorite pastime (but, of course), so when I first laid my eyes on this uber-stunning Sydney shoot, I knew I was in for one seriously amazing Tuesday. A vintage-inspired love-fest with one of the prettiest cakes you will ever lay your eyes upon by Yummy Cupcakes & Cakes, it's bundles upon bundles of oh-so-chic style meets the mesmerizing stylings of Sorry I'm Late meets the beyond beautiful images of Leah Kua. From Leah Kua... Persia and Felix are a gorgeous real couple who adore vintage pieces (many of the jewelry items and the fox fur stole used in the shoot were from Persia's private collection), so we felt so inspired to carry that through to explore a delicate version of 1920's wedding styling. Taking place in a woodland setting in Sydney, NSW, this styled wedding shoot was created by photographer Leah Kua and Olivera from Sorry I'm Late styling. Evy's Beauty Parlour created the perfect hair and make up look with delicate pin curls and bright red lips, and the overflowing white florals, adorned with blue gray thistles from Elaine of Butterfly Philosophy added to the exquisite soft look we were going for. The white tablescape was created by Olivera with hints of blush pink and gold. We wanted to inspire couples in Australia who want to create beautiful, unique weddings and encourage them to take risks and see what can be possible when working with an incredibly passionate, creative team.
