Willamette Valley Winery Wedding from Jesse Daniels Photography

Sweaters, scarves, wellies, umbrellas, gorgeous Oregon winery views – this wedding by Jesse Daniels Photography is just as cozy and charming as they come. That lovely blend of casual and chic that gets me every time, and this pretty party is proof of why that combination just can’t be beat. It’s winery wedding perfection, and you can see it all right here.

From Jesse Daniels PhotographyReid and Suzanne are “professional winos” — their words, not ours! Actually, they are both extremely hard working professionals in the wine industry. The wedding took place at the family winery, Oliver Cellars, overlooking the vineyard, valley, and mountains. Guests casually gathered on the back porch, champagne in hand, to watch the couple tie the knot. Oregon, famous for raining whenever it feels the need, didn’t disappoint and drizzled for most of the day, breaking just long enough for the outside ceremony. Fortunately, Suzy was unfazed by the rain. The couple even created a cute newspaper detailing their love story as the wedding program: The Bald Olive Press, which is a creative play on their last names Baldwin and Oliver. The couple exchanged gold rings, which were custom made from family heirloom pieces. Reid and Suzy will be the first to tell you that great Oregon pinot noir creates a lasting impression on the palate and in the memory, and that is exactly what this stunning DIY wedding did for everyone lucky enough to attend, from the eclectically-gathered gold dresses to the amazing green Hunter galoshes that all the bridesmaids wore. And check out the vineyard’s barn that Suzy and the family completely finished for the wedding, hanging collected crystal chandeliers, yards of draped linens and reclaimed barn wood siding to line the entire reception area.
