Idaho Engagement Session from Mastin Studio

Once in awhile an e-session comes along that’s so striking it belongs on the walls of an art gallery. The vivid colors, the painterly quality of the landscapes… it all makes for a gorgeous engagement shoot at the hands of Mastin Studio. And then folded within all that scenery is a delightful little dinner built for two crafted  by Alisa Lewis Event Design & Details and Fleurtations Floral. Dreamy is indeed an understatement with this beaut. See so much more right here.

From Mastin Studio Kate and Mario used to live in eastern Washington, out in a more rural setting. Eventually their creative career choices  led them to move to Seattle, Washington. Talking to them, it became clear that they love the open road and the beauty east of the cascades, so we put together a destination engagement that combined the beauty of the farmlands and the adventure of a good Jack Kerouac novel such as “On the Road.” Half of the engagement has a vintage rustic feel with fresh food, wine, and flowers. The other half takes us into Lewiston, Idaho, an industrial town full of brick buildings and old gas stations. Very Kerouac. The last shots are taken on the incredibly steep highway that winds from the Palouse farming area down to the city of Lewiston. The skies and views form this road are amazing.
