Arizona Engagement Session from LMarie Photography

They say Labor Day is the unofficial end of summer, but we say let's keep it going for just a wee bit longer. It's deserves a proper send off, don't you agree? So we'll say adieu to this lovely season in true SMP fashion - by filling your screens with gorgeous. And this engagement session by LMarie Photography is way beyond gorgeous. It's all that is fabulous about the end of  summer swirling around a couple that might be the most stylish pair I ever did see, and you can see so much more right here.

From LMarie Photography... Haley and Chris  have been together for seven years and are having a beautiful late summer wedding filled with wild flowers, a long-sleeved, one-of-a-kind lace dress and a hint of vintage '70s feel. But before I get to photograph that, they came up with a fun way to show their love with this river/desert engagement session. As much as Haley loves images of couples in fields or with props, it wasn't what they wanted for their shoot. They had a summer trip planned with their families to Parker, Arizona, which six hours by car outside of Los Angeles, where they live, and they wanted me to photograph them there. This is who they are — a laid-back, fun-loving couple who loves the river, where they shared their fondest memories. So at the end of June, I made the trek out to the desert in 115 degree heat to shoot with this beautiful couple at sunset on the river in Parker, Arizona. And to end the shoot and our day Haley and Chris jumped off her Grandpa's dock into the river. :)
