You know we really, really love a vintage-chic wedding here at SMP and let me tell you, this one has me seriously wishing I was on the guest list! The love between this couple is pouring out of every.single.image from Gillett Photography and the bright and cheery pink + yellow color palette has my wedding-loving heart skipping a beat. I mean, we could really just be done at the bride's perfectly feminine Vera Wang or the couple's pup's custom tutu from Frilly Paws, but with florals by Julie Stevens Design and an adorable sweet spread by Moustache Baked Goods, you'll surely be spending some time perusing this gem of a wedding in the full gallery!

Erika and Scott’s wedding was an intimate, vintage chic, casually elegant, upscale backyard BBQ. Their venue, the Vine Hill House, is a private estate in Sonoma County that is nestled into a vineyard and provided breathtaking views of wine country. Their color choices for the decorations and table settings included faded pinks, yellows and blues, along with natural linen and chocolate brown accents. Scott is a musician, and Erika a photographer, so the “theme” of the wedding was music and light, with table numbers printed over lyrics from Scott’s songs and vintage cameras set on the tables.

Many of the details were custom-made and designed by Scott and Erika themselves — the save-the-date cards, invitations, ceremony guides, and even the table setting placards, which they designed like concert tickets. What they couldn’t make themselves, they partnered with artisans to create, such as cupcake flags and straws with their family crest, cuff links for Scott and a gorgeous necklace of their family crest, which Erika wore throughout the night. The couple offered specialty cocktails, such the MargErika and the BellaTini (named after their dog, Bella, who attended in her own custom tutu), and guests were served a delicious, family-style, BBQ dinner from Grapevine Catering that included steak, chicken, truffled mac ‘n’ cheese and summer squash. The evening was capped off with mini gourmet cupcakes, live music and dancing, and a sparkler send-off while the band performed Wilco’s “What Light.”
