A timeless classic - That's for sure! The ceremony took place at a truly beautiful church, and the reception followed at Fulton's on the River. This is a perfect example of why classic styles always strike gold. The elegance of this wedding is undeniable, and the bride's beauty is striking. From Victoria Sprung Photography... Sophie and Joe had what I call a classic Chicago wedding. We started the big day at The Drake Hotel, where Sophie and her girls were getting ready. We then headed to St. Alphonsus Church, which is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful churches in the city. After the ceremony, we headed out to take some portraits. The limo ride was the site of the start of the party for the wedding party! While traveling down Michigan Avenue, Sophie waved and yelled out the window to passersby, “We’re married!” We stopped at some classic Chicago sights, then made our way to Fulton’s on the River for the celebrations! The wedding party made a fun and energetic entrance, and the speeches by the couple's siblings and the groom’s dad were full of sentiment and laughter. What came next was a fantastically lively dance party, headed by Dustin from Toast & Jam DJs.
