This wedding at Le San Michele looks like it was plucked from a storybook. First, a Texan met a Briton; then they fell in love and held a fairytale wedding, outfitted with antique clocks, vintage maps, ballons and the most beautiful pastel colors ever! The details at this affair are so fun and whimsical but also elegant and stylish – Truly a feat! Check out the full gallery of images here, courtesy of Katherine O’Brien Photography.
From Katherine O’Brien Photography… This Texan and Briton met in San Francisco, traveled the world together and got married in Texas where she grew up. The groom’s family is from Jersey, England, so they displayed clocks from all three time zones. They also included a vintage map to show far far all their guests had come. They had their first look at the Hotel St Cecelia and then everyone bused out to Buda and the San Michele. The bride’s gown was by Amy Kuschel, His suit from Zara, and the bridesmaids wore elegant long dresses in pastel shades. There were yard games, balloons, a popcorn station and Pimm’s Cups during the cocktail hour. And a beautiful evening with a sit-down dinner, toasts, dancing and an exit back to Austin in a double decker bus!
