Washington DC Wedding by ZADesignz Wedding Photography

I can't even begin to describe the utter beauty of this glorious Washington D.C. soiree, so I'll just start with this: WOW.  The sophisticated Old Hollywood vibe, the unique (plus glamorous) venue, the oh-so-cute Mr. and Mrs., the mesmerizing red hues... this uber-chic affair is just WOW in all kinds of ways. From ZADesignz Wedding Photography... Jackie and Nate got married at the very fashionable Lincoln Restaurant in Washington DC. She had an old Hollywood vintage theme, with the main colors being red, black and white. Jackie designed all the wedding stationery herself, and they printed their own wedding invitations. They bought the flowers from a local shop, and the bridesmaids put together their own bouquets. The centerpieces were very classy with red roses in silver bases. Jackie designed the table numbers, the bridesmaids' personalized totes, the water bottle labels, the reception menus, the cards sign, the welcome sign, the bride and groom signs and the favor tags. For the favors, Nate made strawberry jelly himself and packaged it in little jars. The restaurant itself was a great place to do the ceremony and reception. It was lit with pink lighting, and mason jars with light bulbs were hung from the ceiling. The floor of the restaurant is made up of pennies, which allowed for a great bridesmaid shoe shot. There was also a huge armchair, which served us well for portraits. Lincoln also provided all the catering. Jackie’s dress is by Sue Wong, and her robe was from Christian Dior. Her shoes were white, embellished, open toe pumps from Badgley Mischka. During the ceremony, Jackie and Nate exchanged their own vows, and then the ceremony room was then transformed into the reception. They honeymooned in New Orleans.
