Us SMP girls love fashion (which is pretty obvious by our latest digital mag). And while some of us are poofy dress fanatics, others are slinky gown lovers, and others still are crazy for lace. But when Daria Bishop Photographers sent this stunning wedding our way, we all stopped in our tracks over that Something Blue Douglas Hannant gown. Every single one of us wanted to slip into the gorgeous that is that gown. We’ll all be in our imaginary dressing room (better known as the gallery) taking turns trying that beautiful baby on when you’re ready to join us!
Our inspiration was English Garden and Great Gatsby. We wanted to incorporate the stone wall and garden that was part of the house into the wedding décor – nature, architecture and understated elegance.
We chose our parent’s home in Vermont because we wanted a place that felt intimate, unique and was special to us. Vermont was the perfect location for a comfortable, elegant environment. We also lucked out with our perfect fall day – cool and sunny, or as we like to say sweatshirts and sunglasses.
