Vintage Wedding Photo Shoot by Bethany Belle + Brier Rose Design
You know it's a good day when you're getting wedding style advice from Brier Rose Design and breathtaking images by Bethany Belle who recently got together to design a vintage and feminine inspiration shoot. Loads of lace and garden roses galore does a beautiful image make...and this wonderfully talented team of vendors definitely brought the pretty (along with some pastel macaroons!) to this feast of inspiration! I just know you'll be pinning for days when you get your hands on the rest of the images.
From Brier Rose Design... In designing this inspiration shoot, I wanted to help brides incorporate design elements that embrace a soft, airy, romantic feel, showcasing femininity with lace and pastel colors of mint and soft peach. A vintage wedding dress from the local antique store helped bring the idea to life, along with bringing out the model's lovely features.
My advice to brides is: Don’t be afraid to add a pattern with a pastel color palette — it helps accentuate the colors. In floral design, nothing is more romantic then the delicate intricacies of a Juliet rose, and there is something so soft and whimsical about white peonies — they're one of my all-time favorite flowers. Tie it off with a piece of beautiful beaded wedding dress material, and you will have all of your guests swooning. Your day is a reflection of you, your heritage, family traditions, and everything that contributes to your wedding story. Choose custom pieces that are light and clean (like select heirloom dishware) — too many pieces can clutter the pattern of the tablescape. I used Depression glass and LuRay dishware for this shoot.
Embrace your loveliness. Keep it simple, natural and fresh.
