Come Fly with Me Inspired Photo Shoot by Caroline Tran

When Caroline Tran hosts a workshop, you take note. And when Lovely Jubilee dreams up the design for that workshop, Skybox Event Production brings all the pretty together and Krista Jon fills it with fabulous florals – you take pictures. Pretty, pretty pictures. Every single gorgeous detail of this shoot inspired by Frank Sintra’s song “Come Fly with Me” was captured by all the workshop attendees (Anna Wu PhotographyBecky Bing PhotographyCanary Grey PhotographyCheryl M PhotoEileen Liu PhotographyAngel Canary PhotographyMichelle Chiu Photography and Photos by Misou), and it’s filling our afternoon with SO much lovely. Of course there is a gallery filled to be brim with even MORE gorgeous imagery, but you’ll also want to scroll down to see the fabulous film by Elysium Productions too – SO much inspiration in one pretty post. Swoon.

And it goes without saying that anything Elysium Productions touches, I am complete mush over – but I am just dying, dying I tell you, over this stop-motion film of the entire workshop. Seriously, it’s make you giddy cute.

From Caroline TranThis styled shoot was for my workshop, Propel, and was inspired by a couple who either loves to travel or is in a long-distance relationship. They spend a lot of their time flying and exchanging love letters. The slogan was “come fly with me,” and the color palette was inspired by air mail envelopes. Guests got to write messages at the “post office.” This would also be great for a destination wedding!

From Lovely Jubilee This wedding reception was inspired by air mail, parcel packages, and the song “Come Fly with Me” by Frank Sinatra. With layers of details that included beautiful furniture from Archive Vintage Rentals, rich linens from La Tavola, a gorgeous melange of dinnerware by Casa De Perrin, perfectly designed stationery by Jen Simpson Designs, bridal fashion and accessories from Blush Bridal Couture, down to props such as the single propeller airplane from Disregarden … it all came together to exude this feeling of nostalgia, travel, and love sent through letters and packages. By using neutrals alongside rich reds and navy blues, I wanted to bring a masculine yet feminine approach to this reception.
