We crave a good dose of inspiration in the morning like we crave a cup of coffee here at SMP HQ, and today we are getting just that thanks to Sweet Emilia Jane. If there is anyone that can whip up a pretty, pin-worthy tablescape in a jiffy it’s that little lady, and when Captured by Aimee is there snapping up all the prettiness, it means we all get to enjoy every pretty piece of the rose and gold goodness. From Sweet Emilia Jane… I got together with Captured by Aimee to create three very different tablescapes. We wanted to take three popular wedding styles — Classic, Bohemian, Modern — and add a fun, stylish twist on them without being too theme-y or kitsch-y. For our classic table, we fell in love with the color combination of rose pink and gold (check out our Pinterest board here). Bringing in some contemporary elements like low, symmetrical arrangements, lucite candelabras, ghost chairs and sweet paper details gave this romantic table a modern makeover. Our tulle runner brought a light, airy and affordable element that is so easy to create. We paired floral-etched glassware with French-inspired china, gold Baroque chargers and vintage gold flatware. My favorite element might be the little Tchin Tchin flags for our grapefruit champagne! It’s the simple, little details like this that are so easy to recreate but make a big impact!
