From Elizabeth + Rich of Elizabeth + Rich Photography... Cherish and James are a lovely, down-to-earth couple. They are a perfect match, and their wedding was a beautiful celebration of their love for each other. Their day started with both of them, along with their bridal party, getting ready at the Andaz Wall Street — a chic, modern hotel in lower Manhattan. We loved how their details came together and complemented each other in style with gorgeous hues of purple incorporated throughout.
After getting ready in their separate suites, Cherish and James decided to have a "first look" and spend some time taking photos before the ceremony, which took place at Battery Gardens located inside Battery Park. The ceremony was sweet and intimate; the room was filled with tears of joy from beginning to end.
The ceremony was followed by a relaxing cocktail hour for their guests and a traditional Korean ceremony for Cherish, James and their families. It was a special time for their families to enjoy and honor their cultural roots. The celebration continued into their reception, with dancing, toasts and even a special performance by Cherish's brother. It was a fun, stylish and memorable day that all came together beautifully.
