Sherman Library and Gardens Wedding by The Youngrens

There is charming, and then there is this wedding by The Youngrens. It's an overload of color and character, and the perfect mix of Texas darling and California chic - just like the couple themselves. And that, ultimately, takes charming to an entirely new level. It makes for a gallery that will leave you gushing, and those just happen to be our favorite kind!

From the Bride... I grew up in California, but my husband grew up in Texas, and we currently live in his hometown of Dallas, Texas. Although I knew I wanted to get married in California where I grew up, I really wanted to incorporate his background (and my new hometown) into our reception. Although it was important to us to have a traditional ceremony in a church, we changed into our cowboy boots for the reception. Sherman Library and Gardens was the perfect spot for our reception. It is beautiful in itself, and our Texan elements fit perfectly into its rustic setting. By incorporating chalk board signage that I found on Etsy, tin buckets for the floral arrangements that my florist provided, as well as a two-step first dance, we were able to create a sweet, charming, rustic feel for our wedding. I hope that you feel the same way!
