It’s time to wrap up another fabulous week of inspiration here on SMP – and since we know so many of you are making big plans to attend The Hunger Games movie this weekend (us, too!), we just couldn’t say goodbye without joining in on all of the excitement. Yep, this dreamy inspiration shoot from Stacie Shea Events is EXACTLY what we needed to get us in the premiere party mood with a rustic meets romantic vibe and some of the sweetest stylings you will ever see. All captured by Carmen Santorelli Photography, here’s to an entire weekend dedicated to Katniss and Peeta L.O.V.E! Click here for more.

And a breathtaking behind-the-scenes look at the day from DMO Films. Simply. Stunning.
From Stacie Shea Events… I have to admit I was skeptical to read the Hunger Games books at first. I knew they were about war, famine and frankly they just did not seem that interesting at first. It was not until I boarded a flight one day and noticed an entire row of passengers reading the books that I decided I had to at least give the first book a chance. Needless to say 4 days later I had read all three and found it impossible to set them down. Upon finishing the third book I was left wanting more and only wishing that Suzanne had written a 4th. I then began the countdown until the movie release and was fascinated with what I could do to share my love for the Hunger Games trilogy. It was not until Carmen approached me with the idea of a Hunger Games photo shoot that I jumped on the opportunity to try something new. To test the limits of the typical weddings and do something fun and fresh. I was excited to figure out how to tie in a bow and arrow to a wedding inspiration shoot. I was ready to be challenged and ready to bring an edge to weddings that you don’t normally see. By creating the Hunger Games wedding shoot I believe it really shows that absolutely everything can be inspiration to a couple when planning their wedding.
