Here are the positions we are currently looking to fill:
Editor
We are looking to add an Editor to our team that will be responsible for writing and editing posts and helping to come up with creative, style savvy features. An eye for design and layouts is key and knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a must. Responsibilities will also include communicating with vendors to ensure that we have all of the proper credits and details needed to put out a fabulous feature as well as helping us source exciting weddings to feature. The position is a full time, salaried position. Salary will be based upon experience.

We are looking for a skilled web designer with a spot on aesthetic who understands usability, typography, proportions, and visual hierarchies. The right candidate shares our passion for presenting the world's most beautiful weddings it the most flattering and easily consumable way. The position is a full time, salaried position in the Boston area. Salary will be based upon experience.
Passion for Design AND Usability
Some experience with User Interface Design
Knowledge of HTML5 + CSS

Web Developer
Style Me Pretty is always looking for talented, passionate web developers. We run on WordPress and therefore do lots of PHP and MySQL. We also strive to incorporate more and more Javascript into our technology stack. If you enjoy frontend web development, or backend development with Javascript, CoffeeScript and Node.js we'd love to talk to you. The position is a full time, salaried position. Little Black Book Research Colleague
This is a Virtual Contractor, commission-only part-time position, which requires approximately 15-20 hours per week during business hours M-F with potential for full-time employment. Advertising Sales
We are looking for an online ad sales person with 2-5+ years of online ad sales experience. This person would be responsible for helping us solidify ad deals with partners for our local banner spaces, sponsored editorial feature as well as more creative advertising adventures. If you have a background in online ad sales, we would love to hear from you! See below for full requirements.
• An upbeat, positive personality with GREAT phone etiquette.
• A comfort with cold calling and researching new leads.
• Experience in selling to both mid-sized companies as well as advertising agencies.
• A passion for weddings and a working knowledge of the power of online publications, particularly Style Me Pretty.
• Knowledge of wedding blogs and wedding publications.
• Working knowledge of ad networks.
Please note, we are only looking for candidates who have solid experience in online ad sales!
