From Elizabeth of Elizabeth Davis Photography… Peter is a Scotsman and Elisabeth is an American. They met in Scotland, where Elisabeth studied in college. Their wedding was a seamless, unique blending of their two worlds — Traditional Scotland and Southern American Charm. The groom, groomsmen and many wedding guests wore traditional formal Scottish attire. Colors were red, green and blue. Goodwood Museums and Gardens offered a brilliant backdrop for an “old-south” wedding with its southern architecture and giant oak trees, and Catering Capers offered a menu of southern cooking, beginning with an appetizer of fried pickles. Centerpieces were comprised of Lucy & Leo’s flawless, decadent cupcakes; red and white wines; and the couple’s favorite books, which were used to identify and number each table.
