Tampa Wedding by Ryan Joseph Photographs

Weddings at home never fail to make my heart sing, so it goes without saying that it was love at first sight for this stunning Tampa Bay affair and me.  The intimate seaside setting combined with the classic stylings of Zoe Gallina, the soft color palette of white and cream and the lush florals by Botanica International Design Studio is almost too much for my wedding loving heart to handle… and for a bride who lists Father of the Bride as one of her all-time favorite movies (Me, too!), it was definitely meant to be.  Thankfully, Ryan Joseph was on hand to capture every dreamy moment and you can see them all in the full gallery!

From the Bride… Ean and I met through my older brother, Jordan.  We were good friends for a while and then one day it clicked.  We should be  together. Ean asked my brother’s permission to take me out on a date and from that day forward things moved pretty quickly.  We were engaged six months later! One of my all-time favorite movies is Father of the Bride, so when my parents offered their beautiful home for the wedding, I didn’t have to think twice.  I always wanted an intimate wedding (simple and elegant) with close friends and family. Thank goodness for my mother, she took something I’ve been dreaming of since I was a little girl and made it a reality. Better than I could have imagined. We got married on a perfect day in March. It felt like a fairytale.  My mom and dad walked me down the aisle where the man of my dreams, the ocean, and a magnificent sunset awaited. In that moment nothing else mattered!

Zoe Gallina’s inspiration for the colors of the wedding came from the beautifully designed family home.  The varying shades of whites and creams that canvased the home’s walls made the family’s artwork stand out just that much more.  Truly evoking a gallery-like feeling, which reminded us a little of our own studio.  The elegance of such a subtle color combination was conveyed as family & guests joined the bride and groom for dinner.
