We’ve been falling head over heels for today’s Ryan Ray + Angel Swanson of Events of Love and Splendor wedding and you know what? It’s about to get even better. Something about the sun setting in the background, the bride and groom that are hopelessly in love, the whimsical details, the colorful touches. The crazy amount of beauty that seems to jump out of each and every photograph. It all just comes together into a wedding that we simply don’t want to let go of. Click here to see so much more.

From the bride… The most memorable moment for me was walking down the aisle to Cat Power’s “I found a Reason” which has so much meaning to Scott and I, standing there holding hands and looking into the eyes of my best friend and the most wonderful man I have ever known and knowing that we were going to be growing old together was truly something I will always remember. And then walking back down the aisle to Joy to the World by Three Dog Night and feeling the love from our families and friends! Another moment I will never forget is watching our wedding preview video with everyone at the end of the night. Ben and Drew from Cana pulled up some chairs for us to sit on, on the dance floor and the movie started, I tried to eat my cupcakes and pie while sitting there but had to put down my plate because I was so overtaken by the amazingness these guys had created. I tried so hard to hold myself together but I burst into tears at the end and cried like a baby. Those guys rock.
Scott and I will also never forget the outpouring of kindness and help from our friends, family and coordinators. We couldn’t have pulled of this day of awesomeness without them. From the guys moving and setting up furniture and straw bales, the lovely ladies setting the tables and putting together the gorgeous flower arrangements and boutonnieres, mom’s making napkins, Scott and his dad making the Anthropologie-inspired fireplace for the ceremony, close friends Jess and Nick singing us some fine tunes, and our super talented friend Lindsey who made our invitations…. I could go on and on. We are so grateful to everyone for their help.
