NECR began when owners Matej and Kelly Ucen were planning their own wedding. The couple was in an endless search for antique farm tables to complete their outdoor reception. Much to their surprise, there was nowhere in New England that rented true handmade farm tables. After weeks of searching and disappointments, Matej and Kelly decided that they would build the tables themselves. They bought reclaimed lumber from old barns and in the months leading up to their wedding they built 22 farm tables and New England Country Rentals was born.
