What is it about old Hollywood glamour that leaves everyone in awe decades later? The style is definitely one of a kind and provided the perfect inspiration for Wanted Imagery when pulling together this beyond glam shoot. It's the perfect place to get lost this Friday morning, and when you are done eating up all the elegance in this post, be sure to stop on by the full gallery for more!

From Wanted Imagery...This shoot was based on the old Hollywood style, We have a lovely strapless gown from Calabro, and we added a simple thin black ribbon belt, and a satin black bolero. We had the model's hair styled into beautiful curls, and her makeup was done with the screen siren look in mind. The groom, also handsomely donned a tux with bow tie.
The bouquet was a mix of fresh roses, chrysanthemums and baby's breath with a mix of vintage brooches. We wanted to show a regal inside private affair, and we then took the shoot outside for a more relaxed vibe, where we changed the lip color to a fresh pale pink, got rid of the bolero and belt, but added a lovely veil. We were able to make use of the beautiful vintage car, and use vintage cameras as props (a real life love of not only the photographer but the real life married couple).
We held the shoot at the fabulous Longworth House in Newcastle, which is so regal in it's own right, and perfectly complimented the bride and groom for the day. We also set up a very simple, sweet and elegant dessert for two upstairs. This consisted of homemade cheesecakes in tiny glasses, with vintage dessert spoons and fresh flowers with candles. Very simple, but so cute.
