From June Lion: Myself and a team of other wedding vendors got together to put together this unique winter wedding with lots of DIY original details and indie appeal. For the shoot I crafted a ringbox, wedding veil, reception hairpiece, necklace made from lace, yarn branch chandelier, cake topper with a photo of a classic plastic bride and groom, and a chuppah-like alternative to a wedding arch made with fabric streamers. Other fun decor details include a record player, logs, white painted frames for the backdrop, big white balloons, chalkboard that the guests would also write message on for the polaroid photo booth-guestbook. The bride has a dress change for the reception so 2 beautiful dresses from local Portland designer Claire La Faye.
