I love bridesmaids in print dresses especially when the print so perfectly fits the decor and style of the wedding like this Mt. Hood beauty. The colors and pattern reflect the vibrant, organic vibe that is found in all the lovely details especially the bright and beautiful flower arrangements by Geranium Lake Flowers. I love how the chalkboard signs with modern font keeps the farm look feeling fresh and chic. See all the details in the full gallery!

From Geranium Lake Flowers… Oregon summers are spectacular for so many reasons but our favorites are: sunshine {rarely seen 8 mos of the year} and our farmers markets. The NW has bountiful markets in every neighborhood, on any given day filled with spectacular food, gorgeous, ripe fruit, and amazing flowers. So it’s not really any surprise that a fun NW couple would choose this as an inspiration for their June wedding.
From the bride… Our favorite detail of the wedding was our ceremony- it meant so much to have a dear friend marry us and to hear the words we had written for one another and to share them in front of our family and friends was a great privilege. Also, having Tyler’s cousin Joel and Stephanie’s grandfather take part in the ceremony made it even more memorable.
The most unexpected event on your wedding day was how incredibly good the food was- we had high expectations that were completely surpassed. We also had a friend streak naked through the after-party. The fact that so many of our friends and family, including Stephanie’s grandparents, came to join us in Hood River created an experience that was more memorable than we could have ever dreamed. Most of our friends camped near the site so it was amazing to go there throughout the weekend and find your friends all in one place.
All of the vendors did an amazing job. Jessica and her husband Spencer were our photographers and they were such a pleasure to work with throughout the day. They made us feel relaxed and comfortable and took some really amazing photos. Ginger Power, the caterer, was a pleasure to work with and served up delicious food that people have continued to comment on since that time. We had complete confidence in Kim Foren and her staff at Geranium Lake and their floral creations really set the tone for the day and enhanced the natural beauty of the site.
