As you all know by now, we here at SMP are all about the details and let me just tell you, this gorgeous Ontario wedding is filled to the brim with the prettiest kinds of details. But then again, what else would you expect from Melissa Andre Events? They literally handled everything from the planning, the design, to yes, even the flowers and make-up! From Melissa Andre of Melissa Andre Events: I used shades of soft lavender and soft lemony yellows when designing this adorable spring fete! We gave guests lovely little elderflower honey favors. i searched all over the city for ribbons with lovely little patterns _ yellow polka dots... lavender stripes... yellow gingham... we used these ribbon to wrap the vases and the bouquets. This bride's spirit was so sweet and so excited i wanted to give her the wedding of her dreams! I worked with the cake designer nadia (a good friend of the bride's) to design each individual little treat so that i could style the most adorable little sweet table for them! I brought bushels of real lemons to stage the lemonade stand but prettied the lemonade up with champagne flutes and fresh berries.
