I really need to get the number of this Sydney bride’s aunt because she is one talented lady. She single-handedly created the dream of a wedding dress below. Put together with Badgley Mischka shoes and a lush bouquet of pink, peach and green roses the look is simply divine. Of course, the debonair groom doesn’t look too shabby in his black-tie attire. The rest of this spectacular event photographed by Milk & Honey is equally as elegant and chic. See all the details in the full gallery!

From Milk & Honey Photography…Emily and Dominic had a traditional Bahai ceremony surrounded by lots of family and friends at Doyle’s in Sydney’s Quay. The couple met up before the ceremony for their location session around Observatory Hill and The Rocks, Sydney. They walked down the aisle together and conducted their own ceremony in the traditional Bahai way, declaring their love for each other alongside prayers from family members. The day culminated in a reception at Waters Edge Venue with lots of dancing, great speeches and excellent food. Emily’s dress was made by her Aunty in Singapore and she chose some Badgley Mischka shoes to match.
From the Bride – Dominic and I met 10 years ago as friends of friends but never really spoke to each other. Six years later our paths crossed again due to our mutual love of pancakes, we met randomly at a Pancake restaurant for a group meal and we complimented each others choice of meal. Our wedding was 14th August 2010 at WatersEdge, the venue has a fantastic view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. In one sentence I would describe my wedding as Extremely hectic to begin with but smooth as the day progressed. We handmade our invitations, name cards, guest list and ceremony programs. I walked down the aisle to a version of Fireflies by Owl City played on the Harp. Our first dance was our favorite song – Something About Us by Daft Punk. We were worried that people would misinterpret the lyrics but the music is just too beautiful!
