Falmouth Engagement Session by Katie Pietrowski

Oh, how I miss foggy Cape Cod beaches!  There is so much romance that can be found on those secluded rocky stretches of sand.  They are the most perfect spots for a sweet engagement session like this one by  Katie Pietrowski.  I wouldn’t mind spending a charming day like this with my sweetheart full of stolen kisses under the pier, bike rides along the boardwalk and holding hands in the surf at sunset.  See it all here!

From Katie Pietrowski… Katharine & Devin are from Cape Cod and decided to have their engagement shoot in the town they lived in, Falmouth. Devin works at a bike shop in Orleans, so of course they wanted to incorporate that into their shoot.  Katharine & Devin are so laid back and were awesome to work with.  We started off going down to The Knob” on Quissett Harbor and walked the trails there to find desolate parts of the beach.  We ended up at the tip of the Knob for some breathtaking views and beautiful pictures.  From there we went to Surf Drive Beach and found a deserted beach house to take advantage of.  Typical to Falmouth, the fog started to roll in and created for a new feel to the images.  We used the bike at Surf Drive Beach and also took it for a spin with Katharine sitting on the handle bars.  Finally, we ended up at Nobska lighthouse just as the sun was setting.  The fog was so thick that everything around us besides the lighthouse was out of sight.
