Blurring the lines between classic and modern, is this gorgeous interpretation of a Royal Wedding captured by Luna Photography. It’s a sea of mercury glass and glam details paired with deep purples and royal blues. Alchemy Fine Events & Invitations whipped up fantastic styling along with Isari Flower Studio who bedecked the whole affair in a sea of plum florals. And we can’t forget all of the sweet treats courtesy of Sweet Cheeks Baking Company. They are almost, almost too pretty to eat. All in all, this is a shoot fit for a Queen and King and filled with a plethora of steal-worthy details. See it all here!

From Alchemy Fine Events & Invitations…Inspired by the recent royal wedding, we wanted to create a modern and fresh interpretation of how we see young royalty. In collaboration with Isari Flower Studio, Sweet Cheeks Baking Company, and Luna Photography, we modernized and re-created an updated royal worthy wedding at a private estate in Rancho Santa Fe.
Bold purple and cornflower blue hues were combined with geometric and peacock inspired contrasting patterns to create this modern yet elegant and regal feeling wedding invitation. Thick cotton paper was letter pressed to create a tactile and luxurious experience in the recipient’s hands. Rich hues of cornflower blue and royal purple, accented with tones of gold and silver, create an elegant and regal theme truly fit for a king and queen. For the bride and groom, we paired a modern white high-gloss table and white wing-backed chairs for a fresh, modern look. Replacing the traditional linen runner, welayered opulent tiles with gold patterning across the table. Richly ornate gold and periwinkle hued china from Bloomingdale’s was placed atop the tile runner and fragrant candles were offered as gifts for the lucky guests.
For a truly majestic atmosphere, Isari Flower Studio created a lush centerpiece consisting of cobalt blue Anemones enveloped by a rustic gold crown which sat atop a crystal cake plate. Surrounding the grandiose centerpiece were mercury footed bowls and striped votive cups containing purple Vanda from the far East andfine magenta Orchids accented with white coral, emanating a fun, electric texture. At the foot of the table lies more of the cornflower blue Vanda while featuring cobalt Anemone and light blue Delphinium billowing in the background.
Other than an ancient chateau, what else is more royal and extravagant than rich, lush, and abundant gardens? To create a stylish dessert table in the royal gardens, we took advantage of the manicured hedges for a rich, green backdrop to hang atrio of mirrors. Keeping with the royal theme, Sweet Cheeks Baking Company designed clusters of cornflower blue and gold desserts inspired by the invitations that were elevated on cut-crystal cake stands and footed silverbowls. We combined the modern Lucite candleholders with the traditional silver candelabras to achieve interplay of classic and modern styles.
